Terms and Conditions of the contract on the rental of a MotoReggi.<\/b><\/p>

The recruitment of the rental of a scooter, the\/drivers\/is recognized as\/n you have read and accepted the terms and conditions detailed in this paper.<\/p>

Through recruitment, the drivers are committed to uphold at all times the traffic regulations in force and take responsibility for the few sanctions could arise from the use, misuse or non-compliance with legislation and during the term of this contract.<\/p>

Are NOT included, the own damage generated by the driving reckless and\/or negligent, as well as driving under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Any of the reasons set out herein, exempts the company from any and all liability for damages incurred with our scooter.<\/p>

The terms of the rental contract, and may only be modified by express agreement, in writing and signed by both parties. The company reserves the right to cancel bookings based on the criteria prior notification to the customer as well as the right of admission.
In case of any violation of the conditions outlined in this agreement, Motorcycles Reggi may terminate this agreement at any time to demand the immediate return of the vehicle at our premises in Ciutadella and does not proceed to any refund of the amount paid.<\/p>

ARTICLE 1 \u2013 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENT<\/strong><\/span>
Experience minimum 3 years of driving, as well as experience in the management of the same. If at the time of delivery, the operator of Reggi perceived that the client will not know to ride the bike, do not proceed with the delivery of the same and will not return the payment made.<\/p>

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 PICK-UP AND RETURN OF VEHICLE<\/strong><\/span>
The Customer receives the vehicle in perfect working condition and with accessories (keys, helmets and original documentation). You should check together with the person in charge of handing over the bike; recognizing stay informed of the type of fuel that the vehicle's accurate; and promising to return the vehicle in the same conditions in which you received, the customer has one hour after the date of hire to detect any abnormalities of the bike.<\/p>

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 REQUIREMENTS FINANCIAL<\/strong><\/span>

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 THE INCIDENTS AND THEFT\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

In the case of\u00a0total loss<\/strong>\u00a0of the vehicle,\u00a0being the driver responsible<\/strong>\u00a0whatever the reason of the accident, the company reserves the right to bill\/charge the customer a minimum, 80% of the market value of the motorcycle at the time of loss because they are vehicles, pre-owned, and so it notifies by these terms.<\/p>

In case of theft, you must submit the complaint, and the keys of the vehicle.<\/p>

In the event that, for a defect, the vehicle suffers a breakdown and not an accident, Motorcycles Reggi he will be replaced by the vehicle as soon as possible, we have road service 24hrs. In case that is not possible, a replacement of the vehicle, Bikes Reggi will refund the amount corresponding to the days not enjoyed the contracted rate and get you closer to your place of lodging.<\/p>

The Client acknowledges and agrees expressly set forth in the preceding paragraph, and waive any compensation where appropriate.<\/p>

The Driver\/Customer is responsible of the vehicle and the damage caused during the rental, unless the Lessor to obtain the acceptance of the responsibility in whole or part by a third party.<\/p>

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 FUEL<\/strong><\/span>

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 MAINTENANCE<\/strong><\/span>
The Client is unable to repair the vehicle without prior written authorization by the company. The maintenance and lubrication of the vehicle are included in our rates. (Not including flat tires and\/or tire changes arising from misuse of the vehicle.)<\/p>

The mechanical wear due to use of reasonable and normal of the vehicle is assumed by Bikes Reggi. The Customer is obliged to stop the Vehicle when it detects any abnormality in operation of the Vehicle. The Customer should contact Bikes Reggi 680 91 68 54 or 615 94 09 70. In case of damages to the vehicle, as well as their accessories and add-ons, and\/or theft of the same, shall be made on the appropriate charge to the Customer for the following items and amounts:<\/p>

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE<\/strong><\/span>
The Service of roadside Assistance is included in the rate if the damage is to own the bike, in the event of an accident, negligent or stoppage of the vehicle by the part of the authorities, the cost of attendance is $ 100 in the case of the bikes. It is strictly prohibited the parking of the vehicle on roads, trails and areas where the vehicle might suffer damage or hamper the circulation.<\/p>

ARTICLE 8 \u2013 RULES FOR THE USE OF THE BIKES<\/strong><\/span>
The Customer undertakes to use and drive the vehicle in accordance with the basic rules of driving, circulation, and according to the specifications of use of the vehicle and with the greatest possible care, in the Bikes Reggi we take care of our fleet. The Customer agrees to park the vehicle in a safe place and properly parked when not in use. Customer shall not assign, rent, mortgage, pledge, sell, or give as a warranty on the vehicle. You are prohibited to vary any technical characteristic of the vehicle, or make any kind of modification of its exterior and\/or interior (unless authorized in writing by Motorcycle Reggi).<\/p>

You are not allowed to transport the vehicle's onboard any type of vessel, truck or means of transport (except express written permission of the Landlord). In the case of a Fine, the Customer is liable and shall pay the same as soon as possible. If it were the case that the Customer will result in forfeiture of the vehicle, the charge for collecting the same in the municipal compound will be indicated in the invoice issued by the local administration.<\/p>

ARTICLE 9 \u2013CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE CONTRACT.<\/strong><\/span>

Rules and policies cancellation: For a full refund of the booking, the client must give a minimum of 5 days prior to the date and time of delivery of the motorcycle. ART\u00cdCULO 11 - RECLAMACIONES<\/strong><\/span>
<\/strong>En caso de que el usuario desee presentar alguna reclamaci\u00f3n a Reggicenta SC, podr\u00e1 remitir una carta a\u00a0nuestra sede central en Calle d'Osca, 5 Baixos. CP 07760 Ciudadela de Menorca, Islas Baleares,\u00a0Espa\u00f1a o solicitar nuestro libro de reclamaciones.<\/p>

ARTICLE 12 \u2013 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/span>
The present General Conditions are governed by the Spanish Legislation, which will be applicable in anything not stated in the same in terms of interpretation, validity and execution. The parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Ciutadella de Menorca to settle any dispute that may arise in the interpretation and\/or execution of these General Conditions of Recruitment.<\/p>
