The booking price includes the cost of the rental and the basic health insurance to a third party and public liability and all the extras set forth in the fee.
If you are booking online, you can pay it by card or transfer. If instead you want to pay the reservation in cash upon pickup, you will pay a deposit and leave a card as a guarantee.

Of course! In the Bikes Reggi we adapt to you. We will only require that you be not far to more than 10 km of the point originally agreed and that we notify you with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This change may be subject to payments for moving.
Always and when you cancel prior to 5 days in your reservation, charges will not apply or you will be 100% refunded of the amount paid. On the contrary, if you decide to cancel within the 4 days prior to your reservation will be applied to the fees set forth:
- 4 Days prior to the Reservation: Return 80%
- 3 Days before the Reservation: Return of 60%
- 2 Days before the Reservation: Return 0%
- 1 Day before the Reservation: Return 0%
